Stamping Processing
Dragon Star offers complete stamping processing capabilities, including over 20 presses (such as a 400T AIDA press), short-stroke (3ft, 4ft) automatic feeding, and automated stamping that effectively reduces labor costs. We specialize in producing bicycle parts, automotive and motorcycle parts, fasteners, 3C metal components, and general hardware parts. Bulk purchasing of China Steel materials and iron ensures stable quality and greater cost advantages.
Die Components
Dragon Star supplies consumable die components such as punches and bushings, manufactured from bulk-purchased materials for stable batch quality. We produce over 70,000 punches and bushings annually, along with more than 3,000 tungsten carbide punches, offering high-precision, competitively priced products. Material options include high-speed steel, powder high-speed steel, and tungsten steel, with titanium coating service available. Dimensions can be custom-made to customer requirements, and heat-treated semi-finished stock can also be kept on hand to significantly reduce production time.
CNC Machining
Dragon Star is equipped with a full range of processing machinery — wire cutting, milling, lathing, and grinding — enabling 24-hour rapid production. From mass production to low-volume, high-mix composite machined parts, we have the capability to handle it all. Applying the same rigor as our die-making process to every workpiece, we save you the trouble of searching for multiple suppliers while ensuring both quality and service.
Automatic Tapping
Dragon Star is equipped with automated tapping machinery featuring high-precision servo turntables, allowing feeding, tapping, and unloading to be completed without manual handling. Compared to traditional tapping, this reduces costs by 20-40%.
